Delivery Info

All orders are sent by Courier or Hand delivered if in a close proximity to us. 

 

Cost:

Standard courier delivery to a NZ urban address: $6
Overnight delivery to a North Island address: $18
Standard courier delivery to a NZ rural address: $12
Same day Christchurch Delivery: $12.50

 

Same day CHRISTCHURCH delivery

Order to be placed before 2pm (if ordered after 2pm or on a weekend/public holiday, the gift will be delivered the next working day) . If you are wanting delivery guaranteed on a date in the future in Christchurch please also select same day courier as we will arrange for the same day courier to deliver on that date. 

Same day delivery option is only valid for these suburbs:

***Dispatch and Deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays)***

 

We will aim to dispatch the gift on the same or following working day (depending on time of day the order is made - if order is placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri - excl public holidays) then the gift will be dispatched the same day)

 

Time frames once the courier has the package are: 

South Island delivery and North Island Overnight delivery: Overnight (working days)

North Island standard courier delivery 1-4 working days

Non urban/Rural Allow an extra 1-2 working days 

These are the standard time frames, however, sometimes delivery may be delayed by the courier due to unforeseen circumstances. There will be no refund for delivery fees if the courier delivers outside of their expected time frame. 

If your parcel is showing as being 2 days or more past the expected delivery date on the NZ Post tracking, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier company. 

 

Tracking number

The tracking number will be provided to the email address of the person ordering the gifts/products when the package is picked up from us. 

If the order is for delivery in Christchurch, a tracking number may not be sent as we may hand deliver or use a courier service that doesn't use tracking.  We will advise you of when the gift will be dispatched for delivery though. 

 

Can you order more than one gift box in an order?

You can order as many gifts as you like to the same address in the same order.
Please place a separate order for each gift if they are going to different addresses.
If you have a bulk lot of gifts to order, the easiest way is to email the list to us and we'll invoice you (it's much easier for you!)

 

Other info

We can deliver to PO boxes.

We will do everything we can to make sure your gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date, especially if not enough time has been allowed for the courier. 

If you have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to us and another shipping fee will need to be paid. If the parcel is left by the courier at the incorrect address (provided by yourself) then unfortunately, we have no way of retrieving this. If the mistake is ours, we will rectify this as soon as possible to ensure the gift arrives at the right place. 

 

Overseas deliveries

We are not currently offering this service due to delivery delays and uncertainty around delivery timeframes.

 

Cancellations and damages

Once an order has been picked up by the courier, it can't be cancelled as we have no way of retrieving the item back from the courier. 

If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24hrs. All original packaging must also be kept and photos sent to us. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
